Drishti for Linux and MacOSX

Background

Fedora Core 6 and 7 (x86 and x86_64)

A yum repository has been setup for Drishti. The easiest way to install Drishti is to follow these steps:

  1. As superuser, open the file /etc/yum.repos.d/drishti.repo with a text editor.
  2. Enter the following lines into the file and then save the file and exit the text editor.
  3. [drishti]
    name=Drishti $releasever - $basearch
    baseurl=http://sf.anu.edu.au/~rph900/Fedora/core/$releasever/$basearch/
    enabled=1
    gpgcheck=0
    
  4. As superuser, run yum install Drishti

You can uninstall Drishti using the yum remove Drishti and update to a newer version of Drishti using yum upgrade Drishti.
