- jobfs on all nodes of parallel jobs

- rmsresd to clean RMS resources:

not nescessary with RMS 2.5?

- sched to get static or RMS node info

if a action request to server fails then run talk_with_mom()? or should server have detected a node failure by then and next request for node status will return down?

- license resource support

- scheduler and MOM support for GS

- finish migration

tricky with a mixture of cpu fixed and cpu migratable jobs as under RMS
